If you would like to apply for a grant please use the 'Get in Touch' button and complete the enquiry form.  In the additional information section please give details of the recent illness or injury you are applying in relation to.  If you have a continuing medical condition we can only consider applications where there has been a recent acute episode of that condition.  Please give as much detail as possible to enable us to decide whether you meet the eligibility criteria to continue with an application.
